7-day return and exchange service

New Face Production guarantees to provide customers with the best service. We provide a 7-day return and exchange service (except for products marked "No Return or Exchange". For details, please refer to the "Shopping Notice" of each product.

*No returns or exchanges are accepted during discount and sale periods

If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of the product being returned", "reason for return and photos" and other information. Our customer service staff will assist you with the return or exchange after receiving the information.

Return and Exchange Policy

The

Returning unopened merchandise

Except for products marked "No Returns or Exchanges", unopened products must be returned with the original packaging, intact, undamaged, and unused without the tag removed. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Replacement of damaged or incomplete products

Before returning the goods, please provide photos of the goods to playfulstorehk@gmail.com. Once we reply and confirm that the goods are damaged, you can choose to return the goods by registered mail or express delivery. If the customer fails to provide us with photos of the product for verification, the returns department will refuse to accept the product.

The returned goods will be processed within 7 working days after PlayfulStore receives the return. We will replace the new goods with the supplier once and arrange for shipment after the goods arrive.

Return Process

Contact customer service → confirm that the product can be exchanged → prepare complete products → entrust logistics to return or exchange the product (the return or exchange shipping fee is borne by the customer).

Refund Instructions
Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the amount will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.

New Face Production reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without further notice and refuse to replace products; in case of any disputes, Playfulstore will have the final decision.
